About Arista Roofing
A Las Vegas roofing company working Las Vegas roofs.
Arista is the sharp edge where two roof planes meet: the ridge. We started the company because we kept seeing valley homeowners quoted full tear-offs for roofs that needed their underlayment replaced, and leaks "fixed" with a smear of tar over a tile roof. We thought the roof deserved better than that, and so did the homeowner.
What we believe about roofs here
The Mojave is hard on roofs in a specific way. It does not rain much, so the roof is not tested often; then, for ten weeks a year, it is tested violently. The tile handles that fine for fifty years. The felt under it does not, and the whole business of roofing in this valley comes down to whether a contractor is honest with you about which layer has failed.
Shingle and flat roofs fail in their own ways, in the same sun. So the company is built around three habits, whatever the roof is made of. We walk every roof before we quote it. We write everything down: photos, square count, condition, scope, price, warranty. And we tell you what the roof needs rather than what the sales target needs, including when the answer is "nothing yet".
The name
Arista is Spanish for the arris, the sharp edge where two planes meet. On a roof, that edge is the ridge. The mark is a roof that reads as an A: a gable with a chimney, and an ember ridge course for the crossbar.
Where we are
Clark County only. Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and everything in between, within a short drive of each other and of us. We do not chase storms out of state and we do not send a crew we have never met to your roof.
Hablamos español
Half the valley speaks Spanish at home. Our team does too. The inspection, the report and the contract can all be in Spanish: aristaroofing.com/es.
