Free roof inspection · Las Vegas & Henderson
Find out what your roof actually needs.
A roofer walks your roof, photographs every detail, counts the squares and writes up what is sound and what is not, with a line-item price for anything that needs doing. Free, in writing, and yours whether or not you hire us.
- No sales appointment. One person, on the roof, then a written report. No two-hour pitch at the kitchen table.
- Repair vs. replace, answered honestly. Tile, shingle or flat: if a repair will do, we say so, and if your tile can be reused you keep 30 years of tile.
- Storm damage? We handle the claim. Photos, adjuster-ready scope, paperwork, the adjuster meeting and the repair.
- Photos and square count are yours. Shop the scope to anyone. The measurement does not change.
- English and Spanish. Hablamos español.

Why Las Vegas roofs fail early
The surface is fine. The layer under it is not.
Concrete tile lasts fifty years; the felt under it gives out at twenty, and replacing that layer with your own tile relaid is a fraction of a tear-off. Shingle cooks and sheds granules at 15 to 20. Flat sections fail at seams and ponding spots. The inspection tells you which layer went on your roof.
How it works
Four steps. One of them is yours.
Request an inspection
Tell us what you are seeing and where the home is. We book a time that works and show up when we said we would.
We walk the roof
Field, valleys, penetrations, flashing, ridge and hips, every detail photographed. You get the photos whether you hire us or not.
You get it in writing
Square count, roof plan, condition notes and a line-item scope: squares, materials, deck allowance, disposal, permit. No number changes without your signature.
You decide
Approve the work, shop the scope, or keep it for your records. No follow-up pressure. If you hire us, the schedule goes on the contract.
Questions
Before you book.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the inspection, the photos or the written scope, and no obligation to hire us. You keep the square count and the roof plan either way. A formal pre-sale certification letter for escrow is a paid report; the price is quoted before we climb.
Do you work on shingle and flat roofs, or only tile?
All three. Tile is most of the valley, so it gets the most words on this site, but we repair and replace asphalt shingle roofs and flat or low-slope sections (rolled roofing, modified bitumen, single-ply) the same way: walk it, photograph it, quote it line by line. A lot of valley homes have a tile main roof and a flat patio or garage roof; we handle both in one scope. See shingle & flat roofs.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, start to finish. We inspect and photograph the damage the way adjusters need it, write the line-item scope in their format, file the paperwork with you, meet the adjuster on the roof, do the emergency dry-in most policies expect, and then do the repair the claim pays for. You deal with one roofer instead of a roofer and a claim. We do not inflate scopes, and we tell you honestly when the damage looks like age rather than storm, because a denied claim helps nobody. See how we handle your claim.
How do you know whether I need a repair, a relay or a full re-roof?
By walking it. A single failed pipe boot is a repair. Underlayment that is brittle across the field, with leaks in more than one place, is a relay. Tile that is broken everywhere, a deck that is soft, or a roof that has already been relaid once and is failing again points to a re-roof. We put the reasoning and the photos in the report so you can see the same thing we saw.
What areas do you serve?
Clark County only, on purpose: Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Anthem, Green Valley, Centennial Hills and Boulder City. Short drives mean we can be back for a warranty call the week you make it.
