One of the valley's fastest-growing areas since 2000: Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands, Rhodes Ranch, Southwest Ranches. Newer tile, but the 2003–2008 builds are reaching the age where felt underlayment starts to fail; a lot of rooftop solar here too.

What that means in practice: a lot of Enterprise tile homes are on their original underlayment, and that layer, not the tile, is what fails in this climate, so the honest fix is usually a tile lift and relay rather than the full replacement many homeowners are quoted first. Enterprise also has shingle roofs and flat patio and garage sections that need their own repair or replacement, and after every monsoon it has storm damage that is usually covered, where we handle the claim. What we do in Enterprise

• Tile lift & relay — Full underlayment replacement using your existing tile. The job most Las Vegas homes actually need when the roof starts leaking at 15–25 years.
• Complete re-roof — Tear-off to the deck and rebuild — tile, shingle or low-slope. For roofs past relay, or where the deck itself has gone.
• Shingle & flat roofs — Architectural shingle re-roofs and repairs, rolled roofing and modified-bitumen on flat and low-slope sections. Same inspection, same written scope.
• Leak diagnosis & repair — We find the entry point before quoting the fix. Most valley leaks trace to flashing, a cracked jack boot or a valley, not the field of the roof.
• Solar remove & reset — Panels come off, the roof underneath gets done right, panels go back on. Coordinated directly with your installer so nobody voids anybody's warranty.
• Monsoon & storm response — Emergency dry-in and tarping during monsoon season, then a permanent repair scheduled once the system passes.
• Roof inspection & certification — The inspection and written certification escrow asks for, with a scope of work and price if anything needs correcting before close.

Permits and HOAs

Re-roofs and relays in Enterprise are permitted through Clark County Building Department. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections; it is a line on your quote, not a surprise. Where a design review or HOA approval applies to visible changes, we prepare the submission with you.
