Service area
Clark County, and that is it.
We stay inside the valley on purpose. Short drives mean we can be back for a warranty call the week you make it, and we know which neighbourhoods are on original underlayment because we have been on those roofs.
Las Vegas
Concrete S-tile and flat-profile tile on 4:12 to 6:12 pitches; older northwest and east-side homes often still carry original felt underlayment.
Roofing in Las Vegas →Henderson
Mostly concrete tile under HOA colour rules; Green Valley and Whitney Ranch homes are now at the age where original underlayment gives out.
Roofing in Henderson →North Las Vegas
High share of concrete tile on single-storey tract homes; wind exposure on the north valley floor loosens ridge and hip tile.
Roofing in North Las Vegas →Summerlin
Design-review-controlled tile colours and profiles; many 1990s villages are on their first underlayment and now past 25 years.
Roofing in Summerlin →Spring Valley
Concrete tile across the board, a lot of it original; flat-tile profiles common on the 2000s builds west of Durango.
Roofing in Spring Valley →Enterprise
Newer tile, but the 2003–2008 builds are reaching the age where felt underlayment starts to fail; a lot of rooftop solar here too.
Roofing in Enterprise →Paradise
Mixed: older shingle and flat roofs alongside 1980s–90s tile; a lot of original underlayment at 30+ years.
Roofing in Paradise →Anthem
Concrete tile under strict HOA colour palettes; hillside exposure to wind and heavy monsoon runoff in valleys and sidewalls.
Roofing in Anthem →Green Valley
The oldest tile stock in Henderson: many homes on original 30- to 40-year-old underlayment, which is well past its service life.
Roofing in Green Valley →Centennial Hills
Concrete tile; higher elevation means slightly cooler summers but harder winter freeze–thaw on cracked tile and brittle felt.
Roofing in Centennial Hills →Boulder City
Mixed shingle, tile and flat; historic-district work can need extra review. Strong afternoon wind off the lake.
Roofing in Boulder City →One valley, one crew
Why we do not chase storms out of state.
Roofing companies that follow hail across three states are gone when the warranty call comes. We live here, we work here, and the same crew that lifts your tile is the one that comes back if anything needs attention. Everything in Clark County is within a short drive, from Boulder City to Centennial Hills.
If you are outside the county, we will tell you on the phone rather than quote a job we cannot service properly.

Find out what your roof actually needs.
We walk it, photograph it, and hand you the square count and condition notes in writing. The decision is yours after that.
