Insurance claims · handled start to finish

Storm damage? We handle your roof claim.

Most people have never filed a roof claim and do not want to learn how during a leak. So we do it with you: inspect, document, scope, file, meet the adjuster, dry in, repair. Wind and hail damage is normally covered by a Nevada homeowner policy; a roof that failed from age is not, and we tell you which one you have before anyone files anything.

01 · Inspect & document

Dated photos of every lifted tile, torn shingle, split seam and interior stain, before anything is disturbed. The record the adjuster works from.

02 · Scope & file

A line-item scope in the format adjusters use, and help with the paperwork and the first call to your insurer.

03 · Meet the adjuster

We are on the roof with them, so the damage is seen, not described over the phone.

04 · Dry in, then repair

Emergency dry-in to stop further damage, then the permanent repair or replacement the claim pays for. One roofer, start to finish.

Where valley roofs actually fail

The roof you see is not the layer that keeps water out.

Tile is a hat: it lasts fifty years, but the felt under it does the waterproofing and gives out around twenty, so most tile leaks are an underlayment job, not a new roof. Asphalt shingle cooks in the same sun, loses its granules and cracks at 15 to 20 years. Flat and low-slope sections fail at the seams and wherever water ponds. We tell you which layer failed on your roof, with photos, before anyone talks about price.

02UnderlaymentThe layer that keeps water out, and the layer that dies. We spec high-temperature synthetic or SBS-modified, never 30# organic felt.15–25 yr

How it works

Walk it. Measure it. Put it on paper.

No sales appointment, no two-hour pitch at the kitchen table. The roof gets inspected, the findings get written down, and you decide.

Step 01

Request an inspection

Tell us what you are seeing and where the home is. We book a time that works and show up when we said we would.

Step 02

We walk the roof

Field, valleys, penetrations, flashing, ridge and hips, every detail photographed. You get the photos whether you hire us or not.

Step 03

You get it in writing

Square count, roof plan, condition notes and a line-item scope: squares, materials, deck allowance, disposal, permit. No number changes without your signature.

Step 04

You decide

Approve the work, shop the scope, or keep it for your records. No follow-up pressure. If you hire us, the schedule goes on the contract.

What we do

The right scope for the roof you have.

Tile, shingle, flat or a mix of all three on one house. We are a Las Vegas roofing company working Las Vegas roofs: no storm-chasing out-of-state crews, no bundled financing pitch you did not ask for, and no tear-off quote for a roof that needs a repair.

How we price

By the square. On paper. Before we start.

Roofing is measured in squares; one square is 100 square feet of roof surface. A typical Las Vegas single-storey tract home runs 20 to 30 squares. Every quote we write breaks out squares, materials, deck repair allowance, disposal and permit as separate lines, so you can hold it next to anyone else's number and actually compare them.

  • We measure, you keep the measurement. Roof plan and square count go to you in writing whether or not you hire us.
  • Deck repair is an allowance, not a surprise. A set number of sheets is priced in. Beyond that you approve per sheet, in writing, before we cut.
  • No financing pitch. We quote the roof. If you want to finance it, that is your conversation with your bank, not a markup in our number.

Your number depends on square count, pitch, tile profile, access and deck condition. We will not quote a roof we have not walked. The example shows the structure of an Arista quote, not a price for your home.

Written, line-item scope

Every quote lists the squares, the underlayment, the flashing, deck repair priced per sheet and the payment schedule, so you can compare three bids line by line. Nevada caps the deposit on owner-occupied homes; we follow it.

FREE INSPECTION · WRITTEN SCOPE · NO PRESSURE

Insured, and we show you

General liability and workers' compensation certificates go out with every written scope, before you sign anything. Ask any roofer for theirs. If they hesitate, that is your answer.

COI WITH EVERY SCOPE

Written workmanship warranty

Manufacturer warranty on the underlayment, plus our own labour warranty in writing on the contract, not a verbal promise on the driveway. The term is on the quote.

The valley, and that is it.

We stay inside Clark County on purpose. Short drives mean we can get back to a warranty call the week you make it, and we know which neighbourhoods are on original underlayment because we have been on those roofs.
